They were like a breath of fresh air ……. so cute together, so affectionate and so in love with each other.
The Lowell family made a visit to Wisconsin again. During their original session (which you can locate here) it was quite cold so we thought we would try it again. Weather was still not as warm as what they are use to in TN, but it was nice for Wisconsin. :)
Those you who follow the Lowell’s on Caringbridge you may remember the post where Todd mentioned it brought a smile to his face every time little “S” brought him a Q-tip. We had a little fun with Q-tips at the session……. Laughter is good for the soul. :)
Todd just recently had his second round of chemo and goes back this week to find out if it is working. Continue to prayer for them!!!

This one brings a smile to my face every time I look at it.
I could not be more pleased with my first year in business. I had a wide variety of sessions: maternity, babies, children, K9s, seniors, and families. I truly have to thank our friends and family for promoting my business, as well as, the organizations and charities who had asked that I participate in their fundraisers this year. Although it was a bit of a challenge trying to juggle a full-time job, photography and our children’s activities, it was all worth it. I am very blessed and very ecstatic to have now gone part-time with my non-photography job which will allow me to #1 spend more time with my children and #2 build my photography business. I am looking for to an EVEN BETTER 2011!!
Here you go; the full blown sneak peek of the Grunewald family. The boys did a great job right off the bat; they were working hard towards their reward…..ICE CREAM! As you can see, the youngest is chanting it in the family photos. As the sun went down, it got cooler and we started reaching their limit. The last photo they allowed was the pirate photo.
ENJOY!
………………feel free to leave a comment!
Shiver me timbers. Thar she blows!
Meet the beautiful Reiss family…. The 3 little monkeys have the most amazing eyes. I had some challenges keeping the little ones attention; my competition was an airplane. :) We took the photos on their lot where they will soon be building their new home. The colors were amazing there; I just love fall. You are not able to see it on these photos, however, there was also a pond further back on their land that is shared amongst their neighbors. It was absolutely gorgeous and relaxing.
As you may remember this is my beautiful, spunky little niece. Can you just see the love? She is so darn cute; I just want to pick her up and give her a big squeeze. Every time I see her I ask if I can have a hug and this is the look I get along with a big NO! Someday she will come around…….. I hope. :)
The first one reminds me of the Christmas Story movie……”Listen little boy, we have A LOT of people waiting here, so GET GOING!” I love that movie!
This past weekend I was honored to be able to take photos of a dear friend’s wedding. She was absolutely stunning and the day was beautiful. It ended up being warmer than we expected; still way to cold but I kept warm from nervous sweat. Although I will not pursue the wedding business, I still enjoyed every minute and the photos turned out wonderfully.
Congrats you two!
